Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using WhichCourt (“the Service”) at whichcourt.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
WhichCourt is a free volleyball tournament companion website that provides court assignments, schedules, rankings, scouting data, and head-to-head analysis for club volleyball teams competing in AES (Advanced Event Systems) tournaments. The Service is intended for parents, coaches, players, and spectators.
User Accounts
You may use WhichCourt without creating an account. Signing in with Google enables additional features such as syncing favorites across devices, saving preferences, and opting in to email updates. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Service in an automated manner
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
Data Sources & Accuracy
Tournament data, rankings, schedules, and results displayed on WhichCourt are sourced from publicly available tournament management systems, primarily Advanced Event Systems (AES) by SportsEngine. WhichCourt is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by AES, SportsEngine, USA Volleyball, or any regional volleyball association.
While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Court assignments, schedules, and scores may change without notice. Always verify critical information with tournament officials.
Intellectual Property
The WhichCourt name, logo, design, and original features (including win probability calculations, analytics, and user interface) are the property of WhichCourt. Tournament data displayed on the Service belongs to its respective owners.
You may share links to WhichCourt pages freely. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without permission.
Advertising
The Service may display advertisements provided by third-party networks, including Google AdSense. Ad revenue helps keep WhichCourt free for all users. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is handled.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhichCourt and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting from incorrect court assignments, inaccurate rankings, or missed match times.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
